2025 was an incredible, busy and record breaking year for WILDNorth!

Thank you to every finder, donor, volunteer and silent supporter, we couldn’t do it without you!

A yellow-eyed Snowy Owl appears reasonably at ease, wedged between the forearm and torso of a wildlife carer. The owl is half-wrapped in a towel patterned with palm trees, in two shades of green: dark green like the rind of a watermelon and light green like a lime... A tropical theme for an Arctic bird. The handler wears a black zip-up hoodie and mismatching gloves: a thick elbow-length glove on one arm to hold the owl's legs, and a medical glove on the other to perform a tactile examination (likely checking for fractures on the owl's legs). One to inspect + one to protect = things you gotta do when the stompers are on deck.

Link to donate to Wild North for those willing and able.
