I found an owl standing in the middle of the road, so I brought him home, and gave him a name- Mr. Owie ๐ฆ We drove him to @glenhelennature center where he spent 2 months rehabbing one of his broken fingers in his wing. Thanks to the facility I was able to pick this handsome Eastern Screech Owl up and release him back home. We put an owl box up, in case he ever wants to visit.
Easily one of the coolest moments in my life. Thank you [nominal deity figure] for crossing my path with Mr. Owie and Glen Helen for all that you do to help these beautiful creatures. ๐ฆ
