Messy-Faced Screech Owl

A gray-morph Eastern Screech Owl has eyes like golden kiwifruit. Her feathers fuzzily fluctuate between shades of ashy white and black granite. She's wrapped in a white towel, or, it would be white if not for the spillage of contents from her most recent meal; a mess of mouse juice soaking across her beak, chin bristles, and towel. Culinary etiquette aside, she's cute as a button.

I don’t have a name because I plan on being released. I feel not so great right now. This towel is warm. I was just fed. My face is still messy. Red Wolf is taking great care of me. I’m gonna take a nap now.
