But then again SEOWs are known to travel long distances. Whatever the case this one was looking for a place to rest, and perched itself atop the fishing rod. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"634\" height=\"634\" src=\"http:\/\/127.0.0.1\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/kgX3hHs.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-630\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The two fishermen in the video managed to the owl into a blanket, and later released it back at the Sarasota shore in Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"634\" height=\"634\" src=\"http:\/\/127.0.0.1\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/jB3uxaH.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-634\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"240\" height=\"300\" src=\"http:\/\/127.0.0.1\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/NqT2Dxf.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-628\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>As an aside, this post&#8217;s been doing the rounds online, and on one such round at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/BeAmazed\/comments\/16021ip\/owl_lost_at_sea_20_miles_out_found_and_returned\/jxkz8v7\/?context=10\">r\/BeAmazed<\/a> somebody mentioned the subreddit for r\/owlsintowels. This one comment brought 1200 or so new subscribers &#8211; so thank you to u\/Virtu-92 for the shout out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/shorts\/MPYLXorNFYc\"><strong>original video<\/strong><\/a> from 10 Jun 2023 is on YouTube, posted (and edited) by Paige Galdieri (@_thepaigepage on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/_thepaigepage\">Instagram<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@_thepaigepage\/video\/7242783863523560746\">TikTok<\/a>).
